Together they traveled to many places including Australia, Fiji, Italy, Croatia and Germany. Those who knew Paul will remember him for his roles as baseball Coach, softball scorekeeper, Scout Master, Lacrosse Community President and Treasurer, and volunteer for many organizations including Holy Name of Jesus School and Carrollton Boosters. His family will never forget Paul’s fantastic pancake mix, famous hamburgers, and his grand holiday turkey presentations. In addition to his culinary prowess, Paul will also be remembered for his subtle charm, sense of humor, and his knack for eloquent extemporaneous speaking at his family gatherings and life events. His children and wife are forever grateful for his love and selflessness and will miss him deeply.
